Original Cyanotype of Celandine and Ferns on 100% cotton fabric framed in a 6 inch wooden embroidery hoop. The wood of the hoop compliments the deep blues created in the Cyanotype process.
Beautiful hand painted gold detail.
 
To create the Cyanotype a light sensitive solution is applied to 100% white cotton, pressed flowers and leaves laid on then exposed to sunlight, the solution is then rinsed off and the material dried, fixing the image.
 
Hang away from direct sunlight.
