This is included in my ‘Super Seconds’ sale as I’m discontinuing this lighthouse card. There’s nothing wrong with them.
The lovely stripey Penmon lighthouse off the coast of Anglesey in North Wales is captured on this card design from an original Cyanotype.
To create the original I used the old photographic process of Cyanotype - a light sensitive solution is applied to Bockingford watercolour paper, a large format negative placed on then exposed to sunlight, the solution is then rinsed off and the paper dried, fixing the image.
Nature is at the heart of my work. The 300gsm card is FSC accredited, supplied with a ribbed brown 100% recycled envelope in an eco-friendly clear wrap (made from corn starch these are fully biodegradable and compostable). Each card measures 10.5 x 15 cm.
