This was a prototype for my Cyanotype lanterns. It’s taller and wider than the ones I sold and as I'm discontinuing my Cyanotype lanterns I thought it might find a good home in Super Seconds Festival.
It has a faint line down one side - please see second photo - this can be displayed at side so doesn’t really show.
Please note it doesn’t include the battery powered tea light I supplied with my other lanterns as I’m out of stock of them - the price reflects this. Not suitable for use with a real candle, please use your own battery powered lights. They look lovely with fairy lights in!
A unique blue Cyanotype candle cover with ‘String of Hearts’ plant foliage design.
 
I use the old photographic process of Cyanotype to create my images. A light sensitive solution is applied to cotton a negative laid on then exposed to sunlight, the solution is then rinsed off and the paper dried, fixing the image in lovely blue tones. 
10.5cm diameter, 20cm height.
