Printed card design from original Cyanotype that captures the beautiful, delicate detail of Speedwell even the delicate flower and roots!
This could be used for many occasions (it's blank inside for your own message) - birthday, thank you, sympathy, christening, get well, anniversary etc...
To create the original I used the old photographic process of cyanotype - a light sensitive solution is applied to watercolour paper, fern laid directly on, then exposed to sunlight, the solution is then rinsed off and the paper dried, fixing the image.
Nature is at the heart of my work. The 300gsm card is FSC accredited, supplied with a ribbed brown 100% recycled envelope in an eco-friendly clear wrap (made from corn starch these are fully biodegradable and compostable). Card measures 10.5 x 15cm.
