This Original Cyanotype was specially created for and selected to be exhibited in 'Mini Print Cymru/Wales' exhibition at the Mission Gallery in Swansea and the Mostyn gallery in Llandudno. We were asked to create a limited edition of 4 so I have some still available to purchase that I'm offering with 50% discount for Super Seconds Festival. 2 are available with mounts and 1 is unmounted - please see dropdown menu to choose.

This was a very personal project encompassing ideas I've been quietly working with for a few years.

This is how I spend my evenings from the Springtime return of the Swallows throughout the Summer months until their recent migration - in a 'Summer Reverie' on the hillsides near my home in North Wales.

I enjoyed carefully selecting the botanical details from our unweeded veggie patches in June. The tiny orange flowers I've since discovered are 'Scarlett Pimpernel'. Their delicate leaf structures were great for this mini print project. Like the lovely purpley blue 'Borage' flowers which had self seeded in abundance, the 'Scarlett Pimpernel' are good for pollinators. I also used the star-like sepals of 'Stitchwort' from the hedgerows.🌿✨
